Registration Checklist:

  • USA Hockey Number- SAMHA operates under the guidelines of USA Hockey. All players, coaches, and board members must register with USA Hockey before registering for the season. You will receive a USA Hockey Number once that registration is complete. You'll need your USA Hockey Number to complete SAMHA Registration. 
  • Player's Birth Certificate- To confirm birth year
  • Payment Method- If you're unable to pay the full registration fee, financial aid is available. Fill out an application here >>
